Important Export Restrictions

Products, technologies, and services listed here are subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations enforced by the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Commerce, and U.S. Department of the Treasury.

It is illegal to engage in activities requiring a license or approval from these agencies without first obtaining the necessary authorization. This includes, but is not limited to:

Buyer’s Responsibility

Upon receiving your purchase, the Buyer and any individual or entity listed as the “Ship To” party:

  1. Assume full responsibility for complying with all applicable export laws and regulations.
  2. Certify their commitment to adhere to these requirements.

Diversion contrary to U.S. law is strictly prohibited. Export laws are complex, and this summary does not cover all details. Please consult with legal experts if needed.

Controlled Products – Export Restrictions

All Exports:

Certain items are authorized for export only to the designated country and end-user. These items may not be resold, transferred, or disposed of to any other country or individual without prior U.S. government approval.

Export Administration Regulations (EAR) Controlled Products:

Some items fall under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) as listed on the Commerce Control List (CCL). Buyers of HEXMAG’s controlled goods, technical data, or services are responsible for securing any required export licenses to ensure full compliance.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Controlled Products:

Certain items are controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Buyers of HEXMAG’s ITAR-controlled goods, technical data, or services are responsible for obtaining the necessary U.S. or other government authorizations to comply with applicable export laws.

Failure to comply with these export restrictions may result in severe legal consequences.
