SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping in the USA:

Unless stated otherwise during sales and monthly specials, we charge a $12.00 flat rate for shipping. However, orders with a product total greater than $205 will be charged a 6% fee of the total cost for shipping.   Orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days (M-F).  Website ordering and flat shipping rates are only available to customers who live in the continental United States.  If you live in Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us for shipping and ordering information.

Shortly after an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the specifics of the order as well as a second email with tracking information once it ships.

International Shipping:

HEXMAG® DOESNOT ship internationally to individual customers through our online sales platform, and all orders must have both billing and shipping addresses located within the 48 continental United States (US) or District of Columbia. We are honored to support U.S. service members and take great pride in meeting their needs. However, we fully comply with all U.S. export control laws and regulations. For government orders requiring shipment of HEXMAG products to an APO/FPO address, please contact us to discuss available options

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICIES

New Product Returns:

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we will work quickly to provide a replacement. If a replacement is not preferred, we will gladly accept the return and issue a full refund, including the merchandise price and shipping costs.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We have complete confidence in the quality of our products and firmly believe that you will be more than delighted with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. That's why we offer our amazing 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, please contact us on the website or send us an email at contact@hexmagusa.com and let us know what went wrong.  We’ll provide instructions on how to send back the product for a full refund.

Exchanges:

If you ordered the wrong product, we are happy to work with you to exchange it for the right one.  Please contact us on the website or at contact@hexmagusa.com for more information.  Please note that return and/or redelivery shipping costs are the customers' responsibility for exchanges.

Refunds:

Please note that HEXMAG cannot refund any purchase unless it is made on hexmag.com.  If you purchase the product through another company, please contact the company you bought it from about their return or refund policies. If the item is purchased on hexmag.com refunds can only be processed within 60 days of the purchase date. Refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Return Instructions:

To make a return, please take the following steps:

 

Prior to returning any product, please contact HEXMAG® to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted."

When returning a product, please include a note containing your name, shipping address, phone number, email, RMA number, and a detailed reason for the return. For defective items, please  provide relevant information about the HEXMAG product, weapon platform, and any specific ammunition information.

Return the item in its original packaging whenever possible. If unavailable, securely wrap the item in bubble wrap or other protective padding and place it in a sturdy box or mailer. Ensure the item is well-protected during shipping, as we cannot be responsible for any damage incurred in transit. Additionally, please obtain tracking information to safeguard against potential loss during shipment.

For new products purchased at hexmag.com and returned within 60 days, refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase.  If the product was purchased elsewhere and is being returned due to a defect, then the item will be repaired or replaced.
