What does that mean? Lifetime means just that - the lifetime of the product itself. This is not a "limited" lifetime by any means.
What is covered:
The HEXMAG® Lifetime Guarantee / Warranty covers any defects in manufacturing or craftsmanship. You don’t need proof of ownership or a warranty card, and there isn't any time limit to submit a warranty claim with us. You simply submit a warranty claim via email, then mail us your defective item and we will replace it at no charge to you.
What is not covered:
The HEXMAG's® Lifetime Guarantee / Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
It also does not cover any modifications that may compromise the original design of the products.
