HEXMAG® is proud to stand behind our firearm magazines and accessories with a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If you experience an issue with one of our magazines or accessories, regardless of where it is purchased, please contact HEXMAG® directly and we will do everything we can to assist you.

How to start a claim: If you think you have a defective HEXMAG product please go to https://hexmag.com/contact-us/ , fill out and submit the form or send us an email at contact@hexmagusa.com . Please include your product part number and description, the date of purchase, all your contact information (including a good telephone number), and a brief description about the problem with the product.

What will HEXMAG do: Once we receive your claim we will reach out with further instructions and if the claim is confirmed we will issue an RMA. Upon receipt and inspection, we will decide if either repair or replacement of the product is best and get it sent back to you as soon as possible.

What is not covered under warranty? Normal wear and tear, Damage due to modifications, or Products beyond their expected service life.

***Please note that Series1 AR15 magazines are no longer covered under warranty. Series 1 AR-15 magazines were discontinued in late 2016 and the in-service life for this product is now past. If you have a defective Series 1 magazine that is not due to normal wear and tear, or modification, then we can offer a one-time 35% discount to help with the transition to one of our current day products. This discount will apply one time to your entire cart when checking out if you want to stock up on HEXMAG products.   Please send a photo of the identification banner on the top of the magazine for all your defective Series 1 magazine (s) with a statement explaining the issue or defect to contact@hexmagusa.com and we will send you a discount code.
